Overview This 2-day workshop focuses on what it means to be agile by emphasizing the values and principles of agile and leveraging multiple agile frameworks. Utilizing an agile palette that combines the practices of Scrum, Kanban, XP and Lean Software Development, this course is meant for people that are serious about changing the way they go about delivering software/solutions for their customers. These are real world, tested strategies and tactics that will help your organization create an agile culture. This course also provides you the opportunity to better understand the most important element in an agile transformation, the people. The emotional intelligence or EQ of each individual team member is an important factor to any agile transformation. This workshop also provides a behavioral assessment that will help you be more self aware and also help in effectively communicating with other members of your team and organization.
